Day 1 - 2

Depart US - Aririve Moshi Kilimanjaro Internatinal Airport. Connect in Amsterdam and arrive at KIA in the late evening. Open Africa Tours and Safaris meets you at the airport and provides transport to your local accommodation. We can provide International flight reservations and ticketing. Call for competitive pricing.

Day 3 - Arusha National Park

Today you'll have the opportunity to explore Arusha National Park. Keep an eye out for the rare black and white Colobus monkey as you explore the Park's forests, hills and lakes.

Dinner and overnight at your Arusha/Moshi accommodation.

Day 4 - Tarangire National Park

Today we drive straight to Tarangire National Park, Tanzania's fourth largest national park. Enjoy the dramatic landscape dotted by baobab trees as well as Tanzania's largesty populations of elephant.

Day 5 - Tarangire / Ngorongoro

The Ngorongoro Crater is the world's largest continuous volcanic caldera. Aside from being a geological marvel it boasts several vegetation zones from lakes to forest to savannah. It is also home to about 30,000 animals, despite its size of only 10 miles across.

Day 6 - Ngorongoro Crater

From your vantage point accommodation on the Crater rim, descend the 1800 meters into the Crater and find Lion, Cheetrah, Hippo, the rare Black Rhino, Wildebeest, Zebra, African buffalo and many more.

Day 7 - Olduvai Gorge / Serengeti National Park

After breakfast continue your jouney into the heart of TAnzania by heading west, twoard teh Serengeti Plains.

Day 8 - Serengeti National Park

The famed Serengeti is the home to countless numbers of animals. Enjoy exploring this pristine and unique sactuary and get a glimpse at "the world as it was at the beginning."

Day 9 - Serengeti National Park

Spanning nearly 6,000 square miles the Serengeti has so much to offer. With your trained guide at the helm, the game viewing promises to be quite interesting. Something to feed your memory on this last day in the bush.

Day 10 - Serengeti / Moshi

Depart the Serengeti late this morning and spend the rest of the day in Moshi/Arusha with a farewell lunch, some shopping and a day room to prepar fro your flight home this evening.
